Ajvar is the cornerstone of Balkan cuisine, and we make ours in-house using slow-roasted red peppers and eggplant. The vegetables are charred, peeled, then patiently cooked down with garlic and oil into a thick, smoky relish — mildly sweet with a deep vegetable flavor.
Perfect alongside any chevapi plate, spread on lepinja, paired with doner, or simply enjoyed with bread. Vegan, plant-based, and naturally halal. Available as a side or to take home in larger containers — just ask.
